In an effort to make your service experience even better, we have introduced a new program, Mobile Technician. With all the demands on your time, scheduling service for your Volvo can sometimes be challenging. Now with the Mobile Technician, we can bring the technology and expertise of Stillman quality service right to your door
Mobile Technician is Volvo’s revolutionary new program that brings the service center to you. It doesn’t get any more convenient than that. For eligible services, Stillman’s will offer to schedule a Mobile Technician appointment at your home or office. At the time of your appointment, a factory trained Volvo technician will arrive in the Mobile Technician vehicle. This vehicle features a complete set of Volvo-approved tools and diagnostic equipment to help fix the concern right the first time.
Of course not every service can be performed outside of Stillman’s service shop, but many items can. Here a few examples of services the Mobile Technician program offers:
- Check Engine Light
- Software Downloads
- Accessories
- Keys and Door Locks
- Jumpstart or Battery replacement
- Interior/Exterior Trim
- Wiper blade replacement or inoperable windshield washer
- Bulbs
- Basic Diagnostics
- Headlamp/turn signal side marker/taillight assemblies
- Spare tire installation
